  • What if I can’t attend the live calls?
    All live sessions (Q&A and group coaching) will be recorded and uploaded to your course portal within 24 hours. You’ll also have a chance to submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend live.
  • How much time will this take each week?
    You can expect to spend around 2–3 hours per week engaging with the materials, practices, and calls. This is your space to go deep — but we’ve designed it to be spacious and supportive, not overwhelming.

  • Is there a payment plan?
